Jalaun news today । जालौन क्षेत्र के प्राथमिक विद्यालय भिटारा में जलभराव होने के चलते बच्चों का वि़द्यालय पहुंचना दूभर है। अभिभावकों को अपनी गोद में बच्चों को लेकर विद्यालय पहुंचना पड़ रहा है। मजेदार बात यह है इसी परिसर में ब्लॉक संसाधान केंद्र और एबीएसए का ऑफिस भी है। इसके बाद भी व्यवस्थाएं नहीं सुधर रहीं हैं। अभिभावकों ने जिलाधिकारी से व्यवसस्थाओं को दुरूस्त करने की मांग की है।
हमारे स्थानीय सहयोगी से मिली जानकारी के अनुसार एक ओर प्रदेश सरकार विद्यालयों की दशा सुधारने का प्रयास कर रही है। ताकि बच्चे और अभिभावक सरकारी विद्यालयों की ओर आकर्षित हों और विद्यालयों में छात्र संख्या बढ़ सके। तो दूसरी ओर ब्लॉक क्षेत्र के ग्राम भिटारा में स्थित प्राथमिक विद्यालय में बच्चों का पहुंचना मुश्किल हो रहा है। जालौन नगर से मात्र दो किमी की दूरी पर स्थित भिटारा गांव में प्रवेश करते ही ब्लॉक संसाधान केंद्र की इमारत बनी है। इसी परिसर में एबीएसए का ऑफिस और प्राथमिक विद्यालय स्थित है। बारिश के मौसम में इस इमारत के अंदर का नजारा किसी तालाब से कम नहीं है। इस परिसर में प्रवेश कर बच्चों का विद्यालय तक पहुंचना जोखिम भरा है। परिसर में प्रवेश करते ही चारों ओर पानी ही पानी नजर आ रहा है। कोई बच्चा विद्यालय पहुंचता है तो उसकी ड्रेस तो खराब होगी ही यदि वह फसलता है तो जोखिम हो सकता है। ऐसे में अभिभावकों को अपने बच्चों को गोद में उठाकर विद्यालय के अंदर पहुंचाना पड़ता है। विद्यालय के अंदर भी हालात बहुत अच्छे नहीं हैं। बारिश होने पर विद्यालय की छत टपकती है और सीलन बनी रहती है।

प्रधानाचार्य ने कही यह बात

विद्यालय की प्रधानाचार्या ममता निरंजन ने बताया कि विद्यालय में कुल 40 छात्र पंजीकृत हैं। परिसर में पानी भरा होने से अभी कम छात्र विद्यालय आ रहे हैं। छत टपकने पर बच्चों को बरामदे में बैठाना पड़ता है। बारिश न होने पर बच्चे कमरे में ही बैठते हैं। बताया कि परिसर में पानी भरे होने की सूचना उन्होंने उच्चाधिकारियों को दे दी है।

अभिभावकों ने कही यह बात

अभिभावक भैयालाल कुशवाहा, कृष्ण कुमार, चंदू अहिरवार, कृष्ण कुमार दोहरे, शिवशंकर अहिरवार, विशाल अहिरवार ने बताया कि उन्होंने अपने बच्चों का प्रवेश प्राथमिक विद्यालय में इस वजह से कराया था कि उन्हें अच्छा वातावरण और शिक्षा मिलेगी। लेकिन यहां तो बच्चों के विद्यालय तक पहुंचने में ही जोखिम दिख रहा है। घुटनों तक पानी भरा होने के चलते अकेले बच्चों को भेजना मुश्किल है। उन्हें अपना काम छोड़कर बच्चों को विद्याललय पहुंचाना पड़ रहा है। अब लग रहा है कि उन्होंने विद्यालय में बच्चों का प्रवेश कराकर गलती कर दी है। यदि यही हाल रहा तो वह अपने बच्चों का किसी दूसरे विद्यालय में प्रवेश करा देंगे।

ABSA ने कही यह बात

इसको लेकर एबीएसए प्रीति सिंह ने बताया कि गांव के नाले का पानी इसी ओर छोड़ दिया गया। निकासी की व्यवस्था न होने से जलभराव हो रहा है। इस बाबत उन्होंने ग्राम प्रधान से बात की है साथ ही वह बीडीओ से भी बात करके पानी की निकासी की व्यवस्था कराएंगी।
